Getting a indoor floor ready to stain is sometimes our customer’s biggest challenge. The Given family of Oklahoma City, OK had a cleaning task on her hands.
We offer a limited warranty on our products, but do not guarantee the final outcome due to different application techniques, concrete batches and slabs. While the vast majority of projects produce beautiful finishes, each application is unique and will have different, sometimes unexpected results.
Damage to packages, though rare, does occur. Direct Colors Inc. provides the claims resolution service when damage occurs. Our shipping department will re-ship as soon as a final determination by the shipping company is made. While we make every effort to see that packages are delivered in a timely manner, we have no control over the shipment after it leaves our facility. Tracking numbers are provided by email to allow customers the opportunity to follow the progress of their packages online. If the customer receives a damaged package, he or she should contact Direct Colors immediately for resolution. Damaged or lost items will not be issued a refund according to our normal returns policy. If items are lost or damaged in transit, Direct Colors will contact the customer immediately upon receipt. It is the shipper’s sole responsibility to address the damage claim and seek a refund with the shipping company.
Unused, unopened products may be returned and refunded excluding the shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee. A refund will be issued only if the customer has contacted our shipping/returns department prior to returning the package. Please include your name, address, phone number and date of purchase for refunds.
Products cannot be refunded 45 days after the original purchase date. If materials are returned without prior consent from Direct Colors, no refund will be given. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Due to US Department of Transportation regulations, acid stain in 5-gallon containers cannot be returned due to its hazardous status. Packages containing acid stain and marked “OMRD” on the box must be shipped from a UPS or FedEx hub to return. UPS stores or other similar designated shipment points are not considered a hub.
Partially used or opened products cannot be returned.

Note: Unused specialty items like custom concrete pigment, liquid colored antique, or tinted concrete sealer cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
