DCI Concentrated Co-Polymer is a concentrated acrylic polymer used in lieu of water for countertop, overlay or other cement-based mixes to add both crush and flex strength to the cured concrete. The product also promotes even curing thus eliminating tension cracking on the surface.

The dilution rate is determined by the thickness of the mix to be poured. For overlay 1/32″ to  1/4″ thick, the dilution rate is 2 parts water to 1 part polymer. For concrete countertops 3/4″ to 2″ thick, the dilution rate is 3 parts water to 1 part polymer. The dilution rate for concrete slabs 2″ to 4″ thick is 4 parts water to 1 part polymer. Diluted with water, one gallon of DCI Concentrated Co-Polymer will cover 400-600 sq. ft. when used as a surface primer for an overlay application.
