Sprayable Satin Finish Sealer

Sprayable Satin Finish Sealer

Base: Solvent-Based Acrylic Sealer

Coverage: At 2-3 thin coats 200 square feet per gallon.

Application: An Ace Brand pump-up deck sprayer is the most common applicator and can be purchased at an Ace Hardware store. Sprayable Satin Finished Sealer (SSB) can also be applied with an HPLV or airless sprayer. Apply in very thin coats to increase strength and clarity. Thicker layers will not improve the appearance or durability of your surface.

Gloss Level: A satin finish will be achieved with 1-2 thin coats. The surface will become glossier with each additional coat. After six or more coats, a medium to high gloss finish can be acheived. Broom-finished concrete will not attain a high gloss finish with this sealer.

Benefits: Easiest and quickest sealer to apply.  Sprayable sealer produces a more flawless appearance and has a faster drying time.

Cure and Seal: This sealer is not a cure and seal. Concrete slabs should cure for at least 10 days before applying.

Cure time: Depending on the amount of sealer applied, allow for 24 hours of drying time before allowing light foot traffic and approximately 48 hours before vehicle and heavy foot traffic. Floor wax can also be applied after 48 hours.

Environmental/ VOC Regulations:Due to environmental regulations, this sealer cannot be used in California and much of the northeastern United States.
