In order to get a brilliant white color, you’ll need to begin with either a white concrete countertop mix or concrete overlay. Unfortunately, white concrete mixes are often hard to find.
If you are building a concrete countertop. we recommend a white concrete countertop mix that contains white Portland cement, chopped fiberglass (for reinforcement) and sand.
