  1. Is everstain and sealer safe to use on outdoor con create fountains that birds may drink out of?

  2. I am looking for a stain for an indoor cement pad. I know just enough chemistry to get myself in trouble, so I have decided that the phenolphthalein dye’s would work well and certain that the alkalinity of the cement will give me a nice blue color and that the imperfections in the skim coat on top of the cement pad will add some realism to the result. Then I would seal in with a non-slip water-based polyurethane. Am I off the mark here?
